Discover coastal elegance and modern comfort in this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features vaulted, open-beam ceilings and expansive windows that showcase stunning views of the Pacific.
The ocean-facing side of the home has been beautifully renovated, creating a bright and inviting space that brings the coastal scenery indoors. Thoughtful touches throughout the home, including cozy fireplaces, comfortable furnishings, and inviting spaces to gather, make it easy to settle in and feel at home. The beautifully renovated primary bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a walk-in rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub overlooking the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and quality cookware for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked family dinners. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Cuisinart dual coffee maker, Keurig, and complimentary coffee supplies, along with an electric kettle and a selection of teas. Gather around the spacious dining table to share a delicious meal and enjoy time together.

We know your dogs are part of the family, which is why Oceans Vista welcomes your four-legged companions. An enclosed, tiered courtyard provides a convenient space for your pups to enjoy the fresh coastal air, so everyone can feel at home.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a coastal escape with friends, the Mendocino Coast offers something for everyone. Spend your days discovering hidden coves, wandering scenic coastal trails, exploring tide pools, or watching for whales along the shoreline. Enjoy a leisurely drive through charming coastal towns, explore local shops and restaurants, or head down to the private community beach for an afternoon of sandcastles and ocean breezes. However you choose to spend your days, Oceans Vista is a wonderful place to come home to.
Where You’ll Sleep
Oceans Vista has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower and separate soaking tub overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom features another king bed. All beds have luxury memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.
Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the house, decks, patio and garage. There is no ocean access from the property itself, but you will have a gate pass for the private Irish Beach, only a 3 minute drive (or a 15 to 20 minute walk) from the house. The home sits on a steep bluff with protected plant species, so we ask that you stay on the decks and patio and do not walk on the bluff areas.
Parking & EV Charging
Our driveway is VERY steep. The garage is available for parking, and there is a sloped grassy spot for parallel parking on the north side of the garage, with room for one car. Please do not park in front of (or on) the neighbors' yard. A Level 2 universal EV charger (Grizzl-E, Type 1 SAE J1772) in the garage is available for guest use.
Accessibility
There are many sets of stairs throughout the house as well as on the exterior, so the home is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Families with Children
We would love to welcome your family. Please note that the home sits on a bluff and does not have a fenced yard or outdoor play area on the property (aside from the deck and patio).
Pet Policy
There is a flat pet fee, and we ask that you follow these pet rules:
- 2 dog maximum (no cats)
- Do not leave pets unattended in the home
- Furniture covers are provided for the living room couches and chairs. Please keep pets off the beds
- Please pick up after your pet
- Irish Beach has a community leash ordinance. Please keep dogs leashed in open areas
- Dogs must be house trained (no puppies or indoor pee mats)
Guest Safety
There are two exterior security cameras, one facing the driveway and one facing the bluff and ocean, plus a Ring doorbell at the front door. The bluff camera does not capture the porches or decks. All cameras are capable of recording both video and audio, and there are no recording devices inside the home. The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and there is a fire extinguisher in the garage.
Nature & Wildlife
Our home is located in a beautiful rural coastal area where wildlife is part of the experience. You may see deer, foxes, bobcats, raccoons, skunks, and occasionally bears or mountain lions passing through. For everyone’s safety, please do not approach or feed any wildlife, keep a close eye on children and pets, and be sure to secure all trash and food items.
