Coastal Luxury at Coastal Haven
Perched above the Pacific, Coastal Haven is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and showcase sweeping views of the ocean and Point Arena Lighthouse.
Three cozy gas fireplaces add warmth and ambiance throughout the home, while radiant floor heating provides gentle, even comfort without forced air. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, the home also features a spa-inspired primary bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower.
Whether you’re curled up by the fire with a good book or simply watching the ever-changing ocean from the comfort of the living room, Coastal Haven offers a wonderful balance of elegance and tranquility.
A Chef’s Dream Kitchen
Cooking is a pleasure in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring dual sinks, granite countertops, premium appliances, and panoramic ocean views. Whether you’re preparing a leisurely breakfast or a special dinner, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home. The spacious dining area invites everyone to gather, share a delicious meal, and linger a little longer over good food and conversation.
A Hot Tub Above the Waves
Step onto the wraparound deck and settle into your private hot tub, surrounded by sweeping views of the Pacific. Watch the waves roll onto the shore below as the sun sinks toward the horizon, then enjoy a little stargazing beneath the coastal night sky. It’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and let the rest of the world fade away.
Where You’ll Sleep
Coastal Haven has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The primary and second bedrooms each feature a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is a whimsical underwater-themed retreat, complete with two custom-built twin sleeping platforms that make it a special space for kids. All beds feature luxury memory foam mattresses.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the property, house and garage. There is no ocean access from the property itself, but you will have a gate pass for the private Irish Beach, only a 3 minute drive (or a 15 to 20 minute walk) from the house.
Parking & EV Charging
A Level 2 universal EV charger in the garage is available for guest use.
Accessibility
There are many sets of stairs throughout the house as well as on the exterior, so the home is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Families with Children
Families are warmly welcome. The third bedroom has two twin beds, an ocean theme and a collection of children's books. The twin beds are best suited for youngsters.
Pet Policy
A fenced yard gives your pups room to roam and play in a safe space. There is a flat pet fee, and we ask that you follow these pet rules:
- 2 dog maximum (no cats)
- Do not leave pets unattended in the home
- Please keep pets off the beds
- Please pick up after your pet
- Irish Beach has a community leash ordinance. Please keep dogs leashed in open areas
- Dogs must be house trained (no puppies or indoor pee mats)
Guest Safety
There is one exterior security camera facing the driveway and a Ring doorbell at the front door. All cameras are capable of recording both video and audio, and there are no recording devices inside the home. The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and there is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
Nature & Wildlife
Our home is located in a beautiful rural coastal area where wildlife is part of the experience. You may see deer, foxes, bobcats, raccoons, skunks, and occasionally bears or mountain lions passing through. For everyone’s safety, please do not approach or feed any wildlife, keep a close eye on children and pets, and be sure to secure all trash and food items.
